Ingredients

2 1/2 c wheat flour
1/2 c powdered milk
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp granulated sugar
6 tbsp butter
1 egg
1/2 c water

Instructions

Place a rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 350℉.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Rollout dough on a lightly floured surface.
Cut out into dog biscuit shape with a cookie cutter.
Place on cookie tray and bake for 30 minutes.
Cool for a few minutes on tray before removing to a rack to cool completely.
Store in an airtight container.
